You have it within you to succeed.
To do lists (and to a lesser extent to-don’t lists) are commonplace. They are accepted techniques to get things done or keep on track towards your goals.
A more broad, and potentially more successful approach is the “to be” list.
When you produce a to-be list you help to put in motion an array of behaviours and activities that will increase your probability of becoming the person you wish to be. For each to-be that makes your list, a variety of to-do type tasks quickly become associated.
By focussing on the broad outcome you desire, you allow yourself the room to determine the smaller actions ou need to take along the way.
