A peaceful warrior, Thich Nhat Hanh teaches both mindfulness and tolerance, having authored more than 100 books- 40 of which are in English.

If you have never come across bhuddism, or even if you have, it’s individuals such as this who exemplify the power of being peaceful, calm and present in every moment.
Just watching how peaceful he is will instantly change your own state of mind.
