Happiness is not the destination, it’s the journey.
That elusive, mysterious state of being that everyone seems to pursue but few can seem to define..
Through my personal experiences, writing this blog, writing my first book and trying to define and pursue happiness in my own life, it’s clear that happiness is not a final destination.
It’s not a goal, it’s not a certain set of situations or possessions. Happiness is your perspective. You can be happy or sad about anything in your life depending upon how you view it.
If you want to be happy, decide you want to be happy and actively seek happy thoughts and happy things- that’s the surest way I know to be happy.
This list is a great reminder of the above and so much more, my favourite Reason to be happy is number 4:
