Ever since I discovered the Happier app, I’ve been aware that happiness is something to be focussed on and something to “work at” – it doesn’t just happen.
100 Happy Days takes this concept and challenges you to log one happy thing per day for 100 days in a row.
71% of people who try to complete the challenge cite lack of time as their reason for not making the distance. That literally means these people did not have the time to be happy.
