Anger is energising. The opposite of anger is depression, which is anger turned inward.
I have suffered with depression.
We all feel low at points- it’s a natural part of life.
Feeling low for an extended period of time, especially if you don’t know why or how to resolve it can be damaging to health and self esteem.
