I run this blog and find and share this content continually as I understand more than most that motivation is a fleeting thing.
Much like charging up batteries in your phone, you need to regularly charge your motivation batteries. There is no one off fix for motivation and just because it wains over time doesn’t mean anything more than you are human. Its normal.
