To help others, help yourself.
If you’re feeling stuck or a little blue, it can be difficult to think of anything or anyone other than yourself.
But it turns out that’s exactly what you should do:

By helping others you not only shift focus away from yourself, you make a positive contribution to others which can make you feel goo and thus help you to feel better.
