Jim Rohn is widely accepted by most as the grandfather of the self help industry. He helped to inspire Tony Robbins and numerous others and leaves behind a powerful legacy.
So how did a “farm boy from Idaho” accomplish so much?
Well, to begin with Jim found life tough- he had a young family and struggled to make ends meet – at age 25 he has pennies in his pocket and nothing in the bank.
It was thanks to meeting Earl Shoaff and changing his attitudes toward life that his life truly began to take off and he has been preaching these simple messages ever since.
Jim understood that success – whatever that means to you – comes from a few small disciplines practiced every day, it comes from small things like an apple a day, saving money, working hard and constantly learning.
But most of all it comes from a change in your atitude.
