As long as you don’t forget your breath, anything is okay, You don’t need too much concentration. Just simply be aware of your breath.
Meditation isn’t sitting for hours thinking of nothing. You can meditate in a few seconds anytime anywhere.
You simply need to take control of the monkey in your mind and tell him (or her) to concentrate on your breathing.
One breath, two breathes, it doesn’t matter. What matters is the shift in focus to your breathing which helps eliminate outside noise and distraction – THAT is meditation.
