In a world of noise and distraction, a useful site such as this gives us the opportunity to slow down and be still.

Sitting still by yourself seems to me to be somehow more difficult than when you are “told” to be still or “given permission”

In a strange way I find this website “gives me permission” to sit still for two minutes.
