It’s a way of re-entering yourself, being more present and not being swept up in the moment if you feel out of control or as though things aren’t going to plan.
At the core of everything the SAS undertake, there is a clear understanding of the objectives they are trying to achieve. Utilising this focus in every day life and then using Breathe. Recalibrate. Deliver to stay on course will help you to achieve more than you thought possible.
