I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.

Don’t worry, this article isn’t as harsh as it sounds, I would be surprised if you truly “hated” yourself as it’s such a strong emotion. Nonetheless we all have disappointments and regrets that swirl around in our minds and cause us to at least beat ourselves up, if not hate ourselves.
