“If you let go a little, you will have a little peace. If you let go a lot, you will have a lot of peace.”
OK so some of these “oh just let go and don’t worry so much” lists can be a little cliche and patronising.
That said, it’s useful to have something to refer to if you are feeling under it, need to let go and these thoughts are a million miles from your mind.
Even today, reading this list I found something new to me which will serve me the next time I need it 🙂
